AIR FRIED SOCKEYE SALMON

round ✌🏼 of salmon for dinner because I made ✌🏼 fillets last night. i usually like to bring my leftovers for lunch but ya know, not trying to be the hated one in the work kitchen heating up fish 🤷🏻‍♀️ i brought salmon cold in the summer for a salad but was still paranoid so i made sure i ate outside 😂 safe to say, i’m still a happy gal eating this tonight because air frying salmon is the top-notch, gold medal, 5 stars, grammy award move. also been loving this fresh wild caught alaskan salmon from @wildforsalmon (btw PA people, it’s a local company!!). added some leftover white rice, broccoli and coconut aminos to finish off this plate! 💥


dEATS 👉 @wildforsalmon wild caught alaskan salmon (air fried at 400 for 8 with avocado oil spray + ground ginger + garlic powder + black pepper + sesame seeds), fresh spinach, avocado, clementines & almond slices (not pictured: white rice, broccoli & coconut aminos)

  • 1 Wild for Salmon salmon portion
  • Ground ginger
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cooking oil of choice (spray recommended for air frying)

Instructions

  1. Set air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. coat salmon in spices to desired amount
  3. spray with cooking oil and fry for 8 minutes
  4. Finish with fresh spinach, avocado, clementines & almond slices, white rice, broccoli & coconut aminos
