AIR FRIED SOCKEYE SALMON
round ✌🏼 of salmon for dinner because I made ✌🏼 fillets last night. i usually like to bring my leftovers for lunch but ya know, not trying to be the hated one in the work kitchen heating up fish 🤷🏻♀️ i brought salmon cold in the summer for a salad but was still paranoid so i made sure i ate outside 😂 safe to say, i’m still a happy gal eating this tonight because air frying salmon is the top-notch, gold medal, 5 stars, grammy award move. also been loving this fresh wild caught alaskan salmon from @wildforsalmon (btw PA people, it’s a local company!!). added some leftover white rice, broccoli and coconut aminos to finish off this plate! 💥
dEATS 👉 @wildforsalmon wild caught alaskan salmon (air fried at 400 for 8 with avocado oil spray + ground ginger + garlic powder + black pepper + sesame seeds), fresh spinach, avocado, clementines & almond slices (not pictured: white rice, broccoli & coconut aminos)

Ingredients
- 1 Wild for Salmon salmon portion
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Sesame seeds
- Cooking oil of choice (spray recommended for air frying)
Instructions
- Set air fryer to 400 degrees
- coat salmon in spices to desired amount
- spray with cooking oil and fry for 8 minutes
- Finish with fresh spinach, avocado, clementines & almond slices, white rice, broccoli & coconut aminos
