• Orders placed after 10 AM (ET) on Tuesday will ship the following week.
• 3-Day Express orders follow the same schedule and do not ship immediately.
• All frozen products are packed with dry ice for safe transit.
• If your order arrives partially thawed but cold to the touch, it is safe to refreeze with no loss in quality.
• Frozen shipments arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on destination.
• You’ll receive tracking info to follow your order’s journey.

• We use eco-friendly packaging designed to keep your seafood frozen and protected.
• Boxes are built from premium cardboard for strength and structure.
• GreenLiner™ insulation uses foil and foam with minimal material for superior thermal protection—no Styrofoam, less waste.

• Nonperishable items may ship separately from frozen products.
• Discounted shipping does not apply to:
• King Crab, Snow Crab, and Dungeness Crab
• Buying Club and Wholesale orders (please contact us for a custom quote)
• No additional discounts may be applied to shipping.
• Shipments outside standard parameters may incur extra fees.
• We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

We take pride in your experience and product quality. Due to the perishable nature of our seafood:

• Returns are not accepted.
• If you have an issue with your order, please contact us right away—we’re eager to make it right.
• We may request photos to help investigate and resolve your concern.

Cancelled Orders

• If already packaged, cancelled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• “No-show” orders are considered cancellations unless other arrangements are made.

Refunds (minus restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours.
