Rockfish Witch Fingers

The perfect “dippable” Halloween appetizer recipe, these witches fingers and their ketchup-curry dip offer a fun way to spice up the naturally mild flavor of our wild Alaskan Rockfish. Air fried in just 11 minutes, each finger packs a crunch that’s just creepy enough to keep your younger guests wondering if you know the cast of Hocus Pocus!

Chef Notes:

This fun dish is great for any age that you can serve with your favorite tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.

Her first memories are of planting seeds with her father and grandfather in their elaborate gardens and sharing their abundant harvests with friends and neighbors. • Wow! This was so good and easy. Since it’s not Halloween, I substituted mayo for the red ketchup and was happy with the taste. I’ve been hesitant to try my air fryer function in our toaster oven. You got me over the anxiety. It really worked and the rockfish was so tasty.
