SIMPLE SALMON GLAZE: MUSTARD AND BROWN SUGAR

This is not one to overthink. This is a salmon recipe that takes less than 15 minutes and just five ingredients, two of which are salt and pepper.

Ingredients
- Two Wild for Salmon sockeye fillets
- One small jar of Dijon Brown sugar, to taste
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. This is a quick broil so don't step away too long! Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Combine Dijon with brown sugar to your liking; you're going for spicy-sweet, to your liking. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side on the lightly-oiled platter. Cover the tops of the fillets with the brown sugar Dijon glaze. Roast close to the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with hearty, roasted greens or spicy fresh ones, like arugula.
