Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns on Wild for Salmon seafood products.

If you have an issue or concern regarding your order, we are eager to hear from you to discuss the circumstances and possible resolutions.* Please call our offices, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm EST at (570) 387-0550.

*Please note that we may ask for pictures at the time your issue is communicated to allow our team to best investigate the issue and improve our customer service.

Cancelled Orders or No Show Policy

Cancelled Orders will have a 10% restocking fee if your order is already packaged. No Show orders will be considered Cancelled Orders, unless you call with other arrangements. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted prior to your refund, via the payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for credit to be processed.
