4oz Dill & Orange Gravlax
8 oz cream cheese
1 Loaf Sprouted Wheat Bread (Columbia County Bread & Granola)
Wasabi Sauce

Instructions

Thinly slice fresh loaf of sprouted wheat bread, lightly toast until just crunchy on 375 for 5 minutes
Slice Gravlax slices in half, or to desired size
Once toasted, top bread with dollop of cream cheese
Add sliced gravlax, and dot of wasabi sauce
Serve and enjoy!
