2 Large Cucumbers, Sliced
1/4 lb Nova or Hickory Smoked Salmon
8oz Smoked Cheddar Cheese
Wasabi
Dill for garnish

Instructions

If not sliced, thinly slice smoked salmon to desired thickness
Slice cheese into thin slices, 1/2" x 1/2" wide
Top cucumbers with smoked cheese and then salmon
Place a small drop of Wasabi on each salmon cucumber, top with dill
