Honey Mustard Glazed Sockeye Salmon

Honey Mustard Glazed Sockeye Salmon

This Honey Mustard Soy Glazed Salmon is a harmony of sweet, savory, and a gentle touch of heat. As the glaze reduces, it becomes glossy and luscious, coating each meaty bite of wild-caught salmon in golden richness. Scallions and sesame seeds finish the dish with freshness and texture, creating a meal that feels comforting, generous, and quietly indulgent. Serve it with steamed rice or seasonal greens, and let the simplicity of well-chosen ingredients shine.
