Burgers & Toppings

  • 1 pound Wild for Salmon Spicy Salmon Burgers (2 packs)
  • Nashville Hot sauce (ingredients & directions provided below)
  • Bread and Butter pickles
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise

Nashville Hot Sauce

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

Nashville Hot Sauce

  1. In a sauce pan place everything but the butter into the pan and warm up on low heat constantly stirring
  2. When the mixture has liquefied turn off heat ( just needs to be warmed no need to bring to a boil)
  3. Then place 1 stick of butter and whisk in until emulsified

Assembly of Burger

  1. Preheat grill to 400
  2. Oil the grates of the grill
  3. Place burger on grill, 2-3 minutes each side
  4. Toast bun
  5. Place burgers on toasted bun with mayonnaise, bread and butter pickles, iceberg lettuce and sauce the bun with Nashville hot sauce
